What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa?

8 maximum. The Villa sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms.

How far away are the main attractions?

The villa is approx 15 mins from Disney, Sea World 30 mins, Universal Studios 40mins.

What services are provided?

The villa is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. The pool & garden are tended to weekly. While security in the area has not been a problem the villa has a 24hour monitored alarm and a small safe in recognition of the fact that you may have with you important documents etc.

Is smoking and are pets allowed?

For the comfort and safety of all guests smoking is prohibited in the villa and sorry no pets are allowed.

What is provided?

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels & pool towels as well as hair dryers and an iron and ironing board are provided. An initial supply of washing powder, dishwasher powder, toilet rolls are provided but you will need to top up as required. A welcome pack is also provided including milk, bread, crisps, soda pop.

What services are provided?

Do you have facilities for small children?

The villa is equipped with a child safety fence for the pool. Also supplied are a cot, high chair, baby monitor and stroller.

What entertainment is provided in the villa?

Besides the games room there is a TV in each of the rooms with cable providing over 60 channels. A play station 2 with small selection of games. A CD/radio, a DVD player and a selection of books & games. A computer with internet access is situated in the living area.

Is the pool heated?

The pool can be heated for an additional cost as shown on the prices page. The pool is heated to a maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85 degrees F)

Do we pay extra for any of the equipment in the villa?

No. Everything provided in the villa is there for your personal use free of charge. Anything that is not provided in the villa (e.g. BBQ) maybe hired for a nominal charge.

How do we locate and enter the property?

Directions, keypad entry & alarm code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

Who do we contact for questions & in emergencies?

Pattie & Stuart head our professional property management team and they will look after your every need whilst you are in our villa. Their contact details can be found in the information folder povided.

Are there stores nearby?

There is a 24hr Super Wal-Mart just off Highway 27 just 5 minutes drive away and a Publix supermarket even closer.

Are there any restaurants nearby?

Too numerous to mention. Information & directions to these local restaurants can be found in the information folder in the villa. Also a Chinese takeaway next to Publix.

Any medical services nearby?

For peace of mind there is a walk-in Medical Centre a short distance away.

How do we book & when do we pay?

As soon as you confirm that you wish to book we shall email or post a booking form to you. We require a £200/$400 deposit on booking and the final balance is paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Is there a security deposit?

A security deposit of £150 ($300) is required with the final balance. This is fully refundable once the management company has inspected and cleaned. Please note that in 11 years of holiday rentals we have only ever had to NOT RETURN one deposit.
